Sara G Sandoval

Mrs. Sara G. Sandoval, 87, of Kingsville, Texas passed away on July 31, 2019 at Spohn Hospital in Corpus Christi, Texas. She was born on September 28, 1931 in Kingsville, Texas to Antonio Gonzalez and Sensoria Vela Gonzalez.

She is preceded in death by her husband, Armando Jose Sandoval Jr. (May 29, 2012) and her daughter Maria Del Carmen Marroquin (Feb. 6,1989).

Sara is survived by her daughters, Sylvia Flores from Corpus Christi, Texas and Janie S. Cantu (Ruben) from Corpus Christi, Texas. Also survived by her son, AJ Sandoval III (Carolyn) from San Antonio, Texas. Sara is also survived by her brother, Tony Gonzalez (Mary Lou) from Kingsville, Texas and two sister-in-law's Zulema Gonzalez from Harlingen, Texas and Antonia Cadena from San Diego, Texas. Also survived by 10 grandchildren, 12 great grandchildren, and 5 great- great grandchildren with numerous nieces and nephews.

A loving smile from loving soul who never met a stranger and that had so much love for her family. Oh yeah, could yell the loudest BINGO when she won.

In her last days, despite numerous prayers for healing and the efforts of an excellent team of doctors, medical professionals and modern medicine, it became clear that our beloved mother, grandmother, great grandmother, great-great grandmother and dear friend to many was destined to enter God's Kingdom of Heaven.

In the days ahead our comfort is in God, our Savior and Redeemer, whose examples of love fills our hearts with beautiful memories of our beloved Sara. May she be wrapped up in God's love found deep in His everlasting wings, carried and kept safe and cherished now and forever. May that love come down like a dove, shield and protect that one that we love so much.

Public viewing will be on August 2, 2019 from 5:00 P.M.-8:00 P.M. with a Rosary recited at 7:00 P.M. at Kingsville Memorial Funeral Home Chapel. Funeral Mass will be celebrated at 10:00 A.M. August 3, 2019 at St. Martin's Catholic Church in Kingsville, Texas. Interment to follow at Santa Gertrudis Cemetery.

Sara G. Sandoval will be dearly missed by all who knew and loved her.
