San Juanita Perez

San Juanita Perez, 54, of Portland, Texas, passed away on December 19, 2025. Born on April 29, 1971 to Lucio Perez Jr and Guadalupe G. Perez. San Juanita enjoyed watching TV, listening to country music and loved collecting magazines. As her older brother I loved picking on her and I will miss her dearly.

She is survived by her brother, Jaime Perez (Annette Zimmerman-Perez), uncles and aunts, Jose Jaime Perez Jr. and Jessimar Perez, Jessica and Jeremy Perez, David and Generosa Zimmerman and Bethany and Rob Golden; and nephews and nieces, Jose, Emilia, Evangelina, Magnolia and Clementine.

A funeral service will be held at Winstead Funeral Home in Portland, Texas on January 15, 2025, at 10:00AM, followed by interment at Palms Memorial Gardens.
