Roxie Ann McCraw, passed away peacefully May 26, 2025 at the age of 77. Roxie lived a life marked by independence, and an unmistakable spark that left a lasting impression on all who knew her.
Roxie was born June 4, 1947 to the late Dalton and Leona Trowbridge in Fort Stockton, Texas.
Roxie was a proud member of the Church of Christi. She brought an abundance of unpredictability and laughter everywhere she went. She was known for her rebellious and carefree nature. She was never one to follow the crowd or conform to one's expectations.
She is survived by her three sons, Richard (Donna) Caldwell, Shannon Caldwell, and Gary McCraw Jr.; her step children Michael, Margie, and Molly; her grandchildren Gentry Mae McCraw, Tyler, Allie, Natalie, Alycia, Holly and Alex; her three sisters Doris (Dub) Everett, Etta Maraggia, and Carol (Steve) Hunt. She is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews, great-nieces and nephews. She was preceded in death by her parents Dalton and Leona Trowbridge, her brother David Trowbridge, and her husband Gary McCraw, Sr.
Pallbearers will be Lowell Hunt, David Hunt, David "Hoss" Limpedo, Brendon Smith, Joseph Thomas and Zane Thomas.
A graveside service will be held at 10:00 a.m. Thursday June 5, 2025 at the Buffalo Gap Cemetery in Buffalo Gap, Texas
