Ricardo Saldivar

Ricardo Saldivar, 81, originally from Gregory, Texas passed away Sunday, February 25, 2018 in Webster, Texas. He was surrounded by a large loving family. He is survived by his wife, Olivia (Lillie) Saldivar of 58 years. A Sister, Margaret Saldivar, a niece, Sylvia Stewart, who he helped raise and her husband Bradley Stewart and a large extended family. He is preceded in death by his parents Jose and Amelia Saldivar, brothers Gilbert Cortinas and Jose (Joe) Saldivar Jr.

 Mr. Saldivar served his community as a Eucharistic minister, a member of Saint Vincent de Paul and a Cursillista.  He had a very unique and unforgettable sense of humor and storytelling ability. The generosity he displayed to everyone in his life will be treasured memories and he will be greatly missed.

Visitation will be from 5:00 PM - 8:00 PM with a rosary at 7:00 PM on March 2, 2018 at Limbaugh Funeral Home. Mass will be celebrated at 10:00 AM March 3, 2018 at Immaculate Conception Catholic Church in Gregory. Burial to follow to Gregory Cemetery.
