Regino Chavana

Pastor Regino Chavana, passed away peacefully on December 19, 2021, at the age of 76.

He was born January 20, 1945, in Falfurrias, Texas to Eloisa and Regino Chavana. He married Celestina Chavana on May 23, 1961, in Kingsville Texas. He worked as a Pastor at Templo Milagros Del Senor for 20 years. He served in the Army 82 ^nd Airborne branch for 8 years. He is preceded in death by his daughter Hermelinda Chavana and son Regino Chavana Jr. He is survived by his wife of 60 years Celestina Chavana, his daughter Norma (Augustine) Nieto, his son, Gilbert (Amalia) Chavana, his daughter Irma Kumro, his daughter Melisa (Rene) Caldera, and son Michael (Diana) Chavana, 17 Grandkids, and 23 Great Grand Kids and counting.

Funeral services will be held at 10:00am, January 6 ^th at Kingsville Memorial Funeral Home. Burial will follow at the Veterans Cemetery in Corpus Christi at 1:00pm. Flowers may be sent to Kingsville Memorial Funeral Home.
