Refugia A. Galvan passed away February 12, 2019. She was born on July 4, 1925 in Kosciusko, Texas to Guadalupe and Maria Gutierrez Avila. She is preceded in death by her parents, husband Simon Galvan, 2 sister and 3 brothers She is survived by 3 daughters; Luisa (Manuel) Estrada, Rosalinda Galyas, Juanita (George) Elizondo; 1 son John(Margie) Galvan; 8 grandchildren and 4 great grandchildren. Rosary will held at 7 p.m. Sunday February 17, 2019 at Dobie Funeral Home Chapel. Mass will be held on Monday February 18, 2019 at 10 a.m. at Sacred Heart Church with interment to follow at Cenizo Hill Cemetery in Mathis, Texas.
