Patricia Ferren

Patricia Ferren, beloved wife, mother and grandmother, passed away on January 7, 2026. She was born on September 23, 1940, in Camden, New Jersey, and was preceded in death by her husband, Raymond Jesse Ferren and son Raymond Joseph Ferren. She is survived by her daughter Melissa (James) Garrett, son Gregory Ferren, daughter-in-law Bobbie Ferren, granddaughter Coleen (Jaykob) Garrett-Gonzalez, and grandson Casey Ferren.

Pat will be remembered for her laughter, her love for her dogs, and her enjoyment of Barry Manilow’s music. Her home was always filled with family, friends, warmth, and love.

The family would like to thank the many wonderful caregivers at the Brookdale facilities that were with her in her final years.

Services will be held at 2:00 p.m. on Friday, January 16, 2026, at Winsteads’ Funeral Home in Portland, Texas, with a reception to follow.
