Orlando Alfredo Basaldua

Orlando A. Basaldua beloved husband, father, son, nephew, cousin and friend passed away on November 30, 2025 at the age of 48. He was born on October 7, 1977 in Kingsville, TX.

Orlando leaves behind his loving wife, April Alfaro, and his children. Nevaeh Navarro, Victoria Basaldua, Alessandra Basaldua, Orlando A. Basaldua II, and Aarik Ortega.

He is survived by his mother Oralia Basaldua (Ralph Campos), Paternal Aunts and uncles. Margie Skyles (Lane),  Armando Basaldua (Ester), and Rolando Basaldua. Maternal Aunt Yolanda Dwire, Maternal Uncle Hector Hinojosa

He was preceded in death by his father Pablo Alfredo Basaldua, Paternal Grandparents, Pablo Basaldua and Lina Saenz. Maternal Grandparents Cresencio and Christina Hinojosa, and Cousin Tanya Renee Garcia

Orlando is remembered by his kindness, big heart, great sense of humor and always willing to help wherever he could. He Enjoyed being with his family & friends. His presence touched countless lives.  He was an outdoors man and a people person which led him to be a carsalesman at Neessen. He had a passion for coaching football and baseball. He found light in simple pleasures.
His legacy of love, laughter and kindness will live on through his family, friends and all that knew him.
