Noe Ortiz

Noe Ortiz, Jr., age 59 of McAllen, Texas, died April 9, 2021. He was born on March 3, 1962 in Mercedes, Texas to late pastor Noe Ortiz, Sr. and Carmen N. Ortiz. Noe Ortiz, Jr. worked with Bimbo Bakeries 34 years mostly in leadership positions ending as Rio Grande Valley Zone - Sales Leader. He completed Premont public elementary and middle schools. He graduated from Pan American Preparatory for College High School. He enlisted in 1980 with United States Marines Corps and completed his service with special trust and confidence in the fidelity and abilities as Sergeant. He attended Texas A&I University. He was recognized for his leadership of V.O.G.A and commitment to the communities of Texas by Armando "Mando" Martinez State Representative District 39 in 2007. He served as President of the Rio Grande Valley Restaurant Association. He served in many non-profit organizations. He enjoyed the arts. He was an avid hunter and fisherman. He accepted the Lord Jesus Christ as his Lord and Savior as a young man. He served in missions and made a special trip to Peru.

He was a loving and devoted father, son, brother, uncle. He was loved by many and was a special friend. He will be dearly missed by all. He was preceded in death by his father and pastor Noe Ortiz, Sr. and grandparents. He is survived by his daughter Chloe Noelle Ortiz and her brothers Aaron Serna, Carlo Sosa Ortiz (Grace), Mother Carmen N. Ortiz, brothers Jonathan Ortiz (Nora), David Ortiz (Albesa), sister Ruth Teresa Konderla (Mike), Nephews and Nieces, David Joshua Ortiz, Carmen Cassidy Alavi (Amin), Jonathan Christian Ortiz, Matthew Alexander Ortiz, Estella Lynn Ortiz, Sohrab Zander Alavi and Setareh Luna Alavi and many uncles, aunts, and cousins.
