Miriam Deuchars

Miriam Deuchars passed from this life on February 20, 2024 at the age of 67. She was born August 22, 1956 to Eliseo and Emilia Velasco in Makati, Philippines. She worked as a Naval flight training administrator for the U.S. Navy as a civilian.

She is survived by her son, brothers and sisters.

A visitation will be held from 10:00-11:00 a.m. Tuesday, February 27, 2024 at Our Lady of Mt. Carmel Catholic Church in Portland with the Rosary to be recited at 11:00 a.m. A funeral Mass will be celebrated that same day beginning at 11:30 a.m. at the church. She will be laid to rest on Thursday, March 7, 2024 at 1:30 p.m. at Ft. Sam Houston National Cemetery in San Antonio, Texas.
