Miguel Ortiz III

Miguel F. Ortiz III, 49, of Gregory, TX, passed away on May 30, 2015.

Miguel is survived by his beloved wife Linda of 30 years; sons Miguel IV, Justin, Ruben and five sisters; Nydia Tamez, Noel Ortiz, Nancy Ortiz, Ninolia Amador and Nelda Casas.

Miguel is preceded in death by his parents Miguel Jr., Aurelia Ortiz and sister Nora Ortiz.

Miguel was born in Gregory, TX on September 7, 1965. He graduated from Gregory-Portland High School and worked as a pipe fitter for 25 years.

Miguel enjoyed riding his Harley, outdoor BBQs, watching the Dallas Cowboys and making memories with family and friends. Miguel was a devoted father and grandfather, and always made time for his three sons and 12 grandkids. He was also an active member in the Gregory community. He will be dearly missed and never forgotten.

Mass will be held at 10:00 a.m., Wednesday June 3, 2015 at Immaculate Conception Church, Gregory TX. Burial to follow at a later date.
