Lucia G. Zambrano

    Lucia G. Zambrano, 92, went home to her Lord and Savior on April 7, 2014 in Rockport, Texas. She was born on January 8, 1922 in Waring, Texas to Paula Jimenez and Salvador Gonzales.
     She was a very faithful member of the Immaculate Conception Church in Gregory, Texas.
     She is preceded in death by her parents; her first husband of 54 years Jose R. Trevino and her second husband of 8 years Teodoro Zambrano; one sister Esther Alvarado.
     She is survived by her two daughters Virginia (Abel) Elizando of Gregory, Texas and Mary (Ron) Foster of Santa Fe, Texas; one son Luis (Gloria) Trevino of Corpus Christi, Texas; 6 grandchildren; 11 great-grandchildren; 3 great great-grandchildren and numerous cousins, nieces and nephews.
     Visitation will be held from 5:00 - 9:00 p.m. Wednesday, April 9, 2014 at the Limbaugh Funeral Home in Portland with the Rosary to be recited at 7:00 p.m. that same evening. Funeral mass will be celebrated at 10:00 a.m. Thursday, April 10, 2014 at Immaculate Conception Catholic Church in Gregory. Interment will follow at Palms Memorial Gardens.
