In Loving Memory of Joel Sanchez September 18, 1975 – October 10, 2026
Joel Sanchez was a man with a great heart, a genuine smile, and a love for laughter. He had a way of bringing joy to those around him, and his presence was a blessing to the many people fortunate enough to know and love him. Whether as a friend, brother, cousin, father, or grandfather, Joel held a special place in the hearts of so many. Joel was a beloved father, grandfather, son, brother, and cousin.
Above all, he was someone whose kindness, laughter, and spirit left a lasting impression on the people in his life. He cherished the connections he shared with family and friends, and his memory will live on through the countless lives he touched.
Joel is survived by his loving daughters, Janessa (Maree) Sendejo and Marissa (Pita) Espinoza (Leonel Espinoza), who carry forward his legacy of love. He was a proud grandfather to four beautiful grandchildren, Janae, Janiah, Mila, and Adriel, who brought a special joy to his life. He is also survived by his beloved mother, Julia Sanchez, and his five siblings: Melissa Sanchez, Michael Sanchez (Melissa Buentello-Sanchez), Jose (Quate) Sanchez, Lyn Esquivel (Manny Esquivel), and Rachael Sanchez, along with numerous cousins, extended family members, and dear friends who loved him deeply.
Joel was preceded in death by his father, Jose Guadalupe Sanchez Jr. Though his passing leaves a tremendous void in the hearts of those who loved him, he will be remembered not only for the life he lived, but for the friendships he built, the family he loved, and the many people who were blessed to know him. Joel was loved by so many, and he will be deeply missed. His time here may have come to an end, but the love he gave and the memories he leaves behind will live on in the hearts of his family and friends forever. Rest peacefully, Joel. You will always be loved, never forgotten, and forever missed.
