Ivan Delgado

Ivan Delgado, a beloved family man and cherished friend, passed away on November 22, 2024, at the age of 62 in Mathis, Texas. He was born on January 9, 1962, in Taft, Texas to Hipolito and Pabla Delgado.

Ivan was known for his kind and welcoming nature, a hallmark that made everyone around him feel at ease. His great sense of humor enriched the lives of those fortunate enough to know him, allowing to forge lasting connections with family and friends alike. Ivan cherished spending time with his family, reflecting the deep love and commitment he held throughout his life.

He is survived by his daughters, Melody Morales, Nicole (Bishop) Morgan, and April Delgado, who will continue to honor his legacy of kindness and love. Additionally, Ivan's memory will live on through his 12 grandchildren and 6 great-grandchildren, all of whom he adored.  Ivan is also remembered by his brothers, Hipolito (Lola) Delgado Jr., Danny Delgado, Richard Delgado, Oscar (Esperanza) Delgado, Hector Delgado, and Javier Delgado. 

Ivan is preceded in death by his Parents; his beloved Wife, Sandra Delgado; Daughter, Yvonne Delgado; Sisters, Lillia and Margarita Delgado; Sister in Law, Eva Delgado, all of whom held a special place in his heart.

As his family and friends gather to celebrate his life, they are reminded of the warmth he brought into their lives and the indelible mark he left on their hearts. Ivan Delgado will be missed profoundly, but his spirit will continue to shine through the love he instilled in his family and friends.

A celebration of life will held at a later date for immediate family.
