Hermenegildo De La Paz III, age 56, died March 15th, 2025. He was born on January 21st, 1969 in Kingsville, TX to Rev. Hermenegildo De La Paz Jr. and Naida Moreno- De La Paz. Herman worked as a derrick-man in the oilfield for many years. He was a loving and devoted father, grandfather, brother, son, uncle, friend and a die hard Dallas Cowboys fan. He will be missed by all.
He was preceded in death by his father, Rev. Hermenegildo De La Paz Jr., maternal grandparents, Eduardo and Maria (Mendietta) Moreno, paternal grandparents, Hermenegildo De La Paz Sr. and Dora De La Paz and nephew Xerik Letroise.
He is survived by his mother, Naida Moreno- De La Paz, his brothers, Dimas (Elsa) De La Paz and Aaron Villarreal, his sisters, Norma De La Paz, Jessica (Denise) KcKnight, Marisol (Joe) Soliz, his loving children, Hermenegildo (Juanita) De La Paz, Desiree De La Paz, Kayla (Rolando) De La Paz, Sebastian (Crystal) De La Paz, Yazmyn (Jose) Pezzat, Homero (Micaela) De La Paz, Marisabel (Damian) De La Paz, Dimas (Lilliana) De La Paz, Jose De La Paz, Diego De La Paz, and Rigoberto Montalvo. He is also blessed to be survived by numerous grandchildren, nieces and nephews.
Visitation will be held from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM on Friday, April 4th, 2025 at Kingsville Memorial Funeral Home Chapel. A prayer service will be provided soon after and followed by a burial in Kingsville at Chamberlain Cemetery.
