Guadalupe Lopez

Guadalupe Solis Lopez, 67, was welcomed home by our Heavenly Father on June 14, 2016. She was born on September 6, 1948 in Gregory, Texas to Alfonso and Rosalia Solis. She was a devoted catholic and the president of the Sacred Heart Society for many years. Guadalupe was a loving mother, grandmother, great-grandmother, sister, aunt and friend who will be dearly missed.

She was preceded in death by her son Ramiro Lopez; her parents Alfonso and Rosalia Solis; and 2 brothers Jose and Pedro Solis. She is survived by her companion Israel Lopez; her children Raymond Lopez III (Celia), Rosalia Rodriguez (Arturo Jr.), Rachel Lopez; she was blessed with 10 grandchildren; 2 step grandchildren; 10 great-grandchildren; numerous nieces and nephews; brother Alfonso Solis Jr.; 4 sisters Elida Cruz, Dora Hernandez, Connie Moreno and Rita Solis; and her dog Snowy.

Visitation will be held from 1:00 p.m. – 9:00 p.m. Thursday, June 16, 2016 with a rosary to be recited at 7:00 p.m. at the Limbaugh Funeral Home. Mass will be celebrated at 10:00 a.m. Friday, June 17, 2016 at Immaculate Conception Catholic Church in Gregory with interment to follow at Gregory Cemetery.
