Gertrude Ethel Anderson

Gertrude Anderson, 96, passed away Thursday, April 26, 2012. She was born on February 17, 1916 in Taylor, Texas.
She is preceded in death by her husband Earl E. Anderson, one brother Randolph Foster, one sister Fannie Davis, one great-grandson Garrett Sanders, and one great-great granddaughter Kelsey Trees.
She is survived by one daughter Neva Ree Phillips, three grandchildren Cheryl Lewis (Paul), Deryl Glen Phillips, and Luther Earl Phillips (Ceal); six great grandchildren, thirteen great-great grandchildren and several nieces and nephews.
Neva Ree and family wish to express their gratitude to the staff of Trisun Coastal Palms Nursing Center, the Lighthouse Hospice Group, and Dr. Lee Sang of Portland, Texas.
Funeral services will be held at 10:00 am, Saturday, April 28, 2012 at the Limbaugh Funeral Home with Rev. John Saint of the First United Methodist Church of Taft, Texas officiating.
