Eula Yvonne Jones Walker was born in Robstown Texas on September 25, 1954 to Eula Mae Patty Jones and Clarence Jones of Bishop Texas. The Family moved to Kingsville Texas in 1959 where she attended Frederick Douglass School and Henrietta M. King High School in Kingsville Independent School District. Eula was employed at local call center where she was a customer service representative. Later, Eula became gainfully employed in the healthcare industry as a healthcare provider.

Eula is preceded in death by her parents. one Sister and one Brother. She is survived by her Husband Walter Walker of Kingsville Texas; 4 siblings, Sis. Louise Jones Holliday (Rev. Lee Holliday) of Austin Texas; Frances Jones McGee (Augustus) and Irvin Jones (Melinda) of Kingsville Texas; Estella Jones Soto of Houston Texas; Stepmother Francis Jones of Houston; Stepsons Kenny (Sofia) White and Keith (Dana) White; Grandchildren Kayla, Everett, Emmy, Keilya, Shae, Keonia, Kenny, Jr., and Jalon White; Diego David Isaiah Aaron-David (Mejia); Latasha Trevino, Mateo David Rocha, and a host of nieces, nephews, relatives, and friends.
