Ernest G. Chapa, Jr., 22, passed away Sunday, February 17, 2013. He was born April 23, 1990 in Corpus Christi, Texas.
He is survived by his parents Ernest Chapa Sr. of Goliad, Texas, Belia Ramos of Rockport, Texas; four sisters Elsa Zavate of Ingleside, Texas, Maria Chapa (Robert Espinoza) of Gregory, Texas, Diana Chapa of Corpus Christi, Texas, and Helena Carmen Chapa of Bedford, Texas; son, Mikel Albert Naranjo-Chapa, daughter Abbygail Bailee Chapa; grandparents, Benita G. Chapa of Gregory, Texas, and Nicholas & Juanita Ramos of Rockport, Texas; 6 nieces and 2 nephews.
Visitation will be held from 2:00 - 9:00 pm, Tuesday, February 19, 2013 at the Limbaugh Funeral Home with a Rosary to be recited at 7:00 pm that same evening. A funeral mass will be celebrated at 10:00 am, Wednesday, February 20, 2013 at the Immaculate Conception Catholic Church in Gregory. Burial to follow at the Gregory Cemetery.
