Elvira Lopez

Elvira M. Lopez, age 69 passed away Thursday, April 14, 2011. She was born July 11, 1941 in Charco, Texas.
She was preceded in death by her parents Rosendo and Porifia Montez; sisters, Elvira Castellano, Maria Cortez, Oraila Gonzales, Carolina Elizando and Maria Rivera.
She is survived by her husband of 49 years, Benito S. Lopez; son, Benito M. Lopez Jr., both of Gregory; daughter Melissa (Darrell) Salinas of Portland; grandchildren, Selena (Alex) , Isaiah Salinas; sisters, Guadalupe M. (Augustine) Gonzales, Juanita M. Garcia, Minnie Delgado, all of Gregory, and Victoria (Antonio) Flores of Taft.
Visitation will be held from 12:00 - 4:30 pm on Friday, April 15, 2011 at the Limbaugh Funeral Home and from 6:30 - 9:00 pm at the Immaculate Conception Church in Gregory, Texas with a rosary at 7:30 pm that same evening. A funeral mass will be celebrated at 1:00 pm, Saturday, April 16, 2011 at the Immaculate Conception Church in Gregory, Texas. Burial to follow at the Gregory Cemetery
