Eloy C. Diaz

Mr. Eloy C. Diaz, 80, entered Eternal Rest on Friday, October 6, 2023.  He was born on December 24, 1942 in Mathis, Texas to Saragoza and Anita Diaz.  Mr. Diaz is preceded in death by his Parents; Sister, Angie Valdez.

Left to cherish Mr. Diaz' everlasting memory are his Loving Wife of 62 years, Christine Diaz; Daughters, Dolores Moreno (Valtazar), Julie Soto (Joel); Sons, Richard Diaz (Hilda), Michael Diaz (Velma); Sister, Elodia Valdez; Seven Grandchildren; Eight Great Grandchildren: Nieces, Elma Requenez, Grace Bueno; Nephew, John Valdez.

Pallbearers will be Valtazar Moreno, Joel Soto, B.R. Moreno, Omar Moreno, M.J. Diaz, Rey Garcia. Homorary Pallbearer will be John Valdez

Visitation for Mr. Diaz will be at 12:00 pm and Holy Rosary will be recited at 7:00 pm on Monday, October 9, 2023 at Dobie Funeral Home. Funeral Mass will be at 10:00 am on Tuesday, October 10, 2023 at Sacred Heart Catholic Church followed by interment at Descanso Eterno II.
