Elmer Funke Sr.

Mr. Elmer Funke Sr. went to be with our Lord on Wednesday, November 17, 2021. He was born on December 17, 1935 to Herman and Marie Funke.  Mr. Funke is preceded in death by Parents; Wife, Lillian Funke; Sister, Effie Bodin; Brothers, Frank Funke Sr., Roland Funke, and Arlon Funke.

Left to cherish Mr. Funke's loving memory are his Sons, Elmer P. Funke Jr. (Monina), Robert Funke; Sisters, Mary Coen, Jeannette Herwig; Grandchildren, Jody Valerio (Rudy), Ashley Cherry (Beau), Georgina Marie Funke; Great Grandchildren, Brayden Cherry, Brody Cherry.

Visitation for Mr. Funke will be at 3:00 pm on Monday, November 22 at Dobie Funeral Home in Mathis, Texas. Funeral Service will be at 10:00 am on Tuesday, November 23, 2021 at First Evangelical Lutheran Church in Orange Grove, Texas.
