Eleanora Kellogg

Eleanora (Ella) French Kellogg, 87, of Portland, TX passed away December 31, 2011. She was born November 27, 1924 to the late George William and Dollye Trice French. Ella spent many years working with her husband in the drive-in theater business. She was a member of the First Baptist Church in Portland, TX. She loved to travel, paint, crochet, and care for her family and friends.
She is preceded in death by her husband, Samuel H. Kellogg, her brothers: George W. French, Jr., Forrest French, and Leonard (Buzzy) French, and her sisters: Dorothy Harris, Kate Montgomery, Margaret French, and Naomi Singleton.
She is survived by her son, David (Carolyn) Kellogg, her daughter, Sherryan (James) Argiros, her grandchildren: Tamara Argiros, Cathrine Kellogg Dunaway, Randall Argiros, and Jenni Kellogg, her great-grandson, Kaydryn Argiros, her great-granddaughter, Kaytlyn Argiros, and numerous nieces, nephews, and friends.
Visitation will be held from 5:00 to 7:00 pm, Friday, January 6, 2012 at the Limbaugh Funeral Home. Funeral services will be conducted at 10:00 am, Saturday, January 7, 2012 at the Limbaugh Funeral Home. Interment to follow at the Palms Memorial Gardens.
