Derik Lee Hardin

  Derik Lee Hardin, 25, of Portland, Texas, passed away early Thursday morning in a tragic car accident. He was born on September 23, 1988 to Donna Hall and Dallas Hardin.

     Derik enjoyed doing anything outdoors as long as his family was by his side. His most favorite thing to do was to go fishing and drink a cold one.

     Derik will be remembered for his big heart, big smile, sense of humor and his strong will to help anyone who needed it, no matter what it took.

     Derik is survived by his wife Cassie Hardin; three children Haiden, Garrett and Allison; his mother Donna Hall and three sisters Rachel Edwards, Cierra Hardin and Brandie Hardin.

     A memorial service will be held 1:00 p.m. Wednesday, March 26, 2014 at the Limbaugh Funeral Home, 500 Wildcat Dr., Portland, Texas 78374 (361)643-6564
