He was born July 20, 1957 in Mathis, Texas to Eulalio and Olga Sandoval Sr.He is survived by his wife, Shirley; 2 daughters; Christi Sandoval and Natalie Castillo. 2 sons; Israel Sandoval and Greg Sandoval. 1 sister; Chriselia Rodriguez. 4 brothers; Eulalio Sandoval Jr., Ricky Sandoval, David Sandoval, Adolfo Sandoval and Eulalio Sandoval III.
