Carolyn Ann Smith

Carolyn Ann Smith passed away November 20, 2016 at the age of 67. She was born in Harris County, Texas November 23, 1949 to Martha Louise and Calvin Smith.

She was preceded in death by her parents. She is survived by her son Tommy (Steffanie) Flournoy of Ingleside, TX;  her daughter Tamara Flournoy of Portland, TX; and sister Shay of Las Vegas, Nevada. She is also survived by her grandchildren Ashley, Amber, Autumn & Tommy Cecil Flournoy.

A memorial service will be held at 10:30 a.m., Wednesday, November 23, 2016 at the Limbaugh Funeral Home.
