Bertha Nesmith

Our Beloved Mother, Berta Moreno Nesmith departed this world to meet our Lord on Wednesday, December 30, 2020 at the age of 86.
She was born on October 10, 1934 on Priday Farm in Gregory, Texas to her loving parents Juan and Rebecca Moreno. She is preceded in death by her husband Enrique T. Nesmith and her three brothers Juanito, Rafael and Hector Moreno.She is survived by her four sisters Elodia Garcia, Lupe Jimenez, Gloria Bazan and Laura Garcia.
On August 27,1957 she married Enrique T Nesmith and they celebrated 58 years together. They raised six sons Enrique (Marla) Alfredo (Lena) Sergio (Julie), Carlos (Mary Helen), Rene, and Adrian ( Reba) Nesmith and raised two daughters Palmira Nesmith and Elia Rodriguez. They were blessed with 21 grandchildren and 28 great grandchildren. She was an incredible Wife, Mother and grandmother Who loved and adored her family more than anything else. Our Mother was kind, loving and adored by many. She will be missed greatly but will live forever in our hearts.
Visitation for our mother will be held on Tuesday, January 5, 2021 beginning at 3:00PM with Rosary to follow at 7PM at Limbaugh Funeral Home In Portland Texas. A Funeral  mass will be celebrated at 10AM Wednesday, January 6, 2021 at the Immaculate Conception Catholic Church in Gregory with burial to follow to the Gregory cemetery.
