Anna Maria Perez of Gregory, Tx passed away December 20, 2013@ 11:31 p.m. at Angel Bright
Hospice, Corpus Christi, Tx after a long illness. Anna was born in Sinton, Tx on May 16, 1958 and a long time resident of Gregory. Anna graduated from GP High School. Anna was a Catholic and belonged to the Immaculate Conception Church in Gregory, Tx.
Anna enjoyed praying the Divine Mercy everyday at 3:00 p.m. Anna also enjoyed playing BINGO.
Anna was a loving and caring daughter, sister, aunt & friend who will be dearly missed.
Anna is preceded in death by her sister Gloria Perez. Anna is survived by her parents Juan G. & Eva Perez, sisters Estella Perez of Gregory, Janie (Rey) Cirilo of Portland,Suzie (Alfred) Hernandez of Helotes, Tx and brother Oscar (Hilda) Perez of Corpus Christi. Nieces Samantha & Stephanie and nephew Alfredo (Bubba) Hernandez of Helotes, Tx. Niece Melinda (Jimmy) Earnest Nephews Larry & John, baby niece Taylor Earnest of Portland, Tx and numerous family relatives and friends especially a close family friend Donna Syma, her comadre Linda Castilla and good friend Cindy Garcia who all loved her very much.
The family would like to extend our thanks to Spohn South ICU and Angel Bright Hospice who treated Anna with care to the end. The family would also like to thank Fr. James... ., Fr. Jose Ortiz for being there praying for Anna. Our thanks to Msgr. Mark Chamberlain of Our Lady of Mt. Carmel of Portland, Tx for also going to Spohn South ICU and prayed for Anna.
Pall Bearers: Larry, John, & Jimmy Earnest, Alfredo (Bubba) Hernandez, Luis Pena Jr.,and Armando Gonzalez. Visitation will be held from 1:00 - 9:00 pm Monday, December 23, 2013 at the Limbaugh Funeral Home with a rosary to be recited at 7:00 p.m. that same evening. The funeral mass will be celebrated at 10:00 a.m. Tuesday December 24,2013 at Immaculate Conception Church in Gregory, Tx. Anna will be laid to rest at Gregory Cemetery.
