Amelia G. Perales, age 86, of Kingsville passed away on December 13, 2022. She was born on September 1, 1936 in Kingsville, Texas to Fidel Garza and Elena Soliz. She was a loving and devoted wife, mother, aunt, sister, grandmother and friend. She will be dearly missed by all who knew her.

She was preceded in death by her parents, Fidel and Elena Garza, and her children, Jose Leonel Jr., Yolanda Perales, Raquel Torres, and Nicanor Perales.
She is survived by her husband of 69 years, Jose Leonel Perales, sister, Maria Elena (Jose) Araujo, children, Jacinto (Maria) Perales, Thelma (Lorenzo) Gonzalez, Edward Perales, Maria Rios, David (Gracie) Perales, Cynthia Perales Mata, and numerous grandchildren, great grandchildren, and great great grandchildren.
A Funeral Service will be celebrated on Wednesday, December 21, 2022, at 10:00 am at Kingsville Memorial Funeral Home Chapel, with a  cremation to follow.
