Casanova
January 17, 1935 – June 6, 2026
In Loving Memory of Alfred T. Casanova
On January 17, 1935, Alfred T. Casanova was born into God’s grace. After a life of faith, honor, and service he peacefully returned to the Lord on June 6, 2026, surrounded by his loving family. A proud Air Force veteran of 40 years Alfred’s life was a testament to his dedication to both God and country.
Alfred’s faith was the cornerstone of his life. As a devout Catholic, he faithfully served his parish, participated in daily prayer, and was a constant source of love and guidance. His devotion to the Blessed Sacrament, the Rosary, and his family reflected a life lived in grace.
Alfred is survived by his children, grandchildren and countless family and friends whose lives he touched. We take comfort in knowing he rests now in God’s eternal peace. A military ceremony will be held at Ft. Sam Houston National Cemetery on June 25, 2026, at 2:00 PM followed by military honors. Alfred’s memory will live on in the hearts of all who loved him, and his service to our nation will never be forgotten.
