Natalia Padilla

Natalia Padilla passed away December 3, 2017 in Mathis, Texas. Natalia was born August 3, 1933 in Pawnee, Texas to Guadalupe and Santos Morales. She was a life long resident of Mathis. She was a charter member of Primera Iglesia Bautista of Mathis. She served as a choir member, Sunday School Teacher, Vacation Bible School Teacher and a member of Women's Missionary Union. Natalia worked along side her Husband, Antonio Padilla at Dobie Funeral Home. She was preceded in death by her husband, Antonio Padilla Jr., one granddaughter, Lilith Serenity Amaya; sisters; Paula Olivarez, San Juana Salinas and San Juana Morales; brothers Jose Morales, Pablo Morales and Justino Morales. Natalia is survived by four sons: Mike Padilla, Roel Padilla of Mathis; Joel Padilla of Crystal City, Tx. and Zeke (Elizabeth) Padilla of San Benito, Tx. Five grandchildren and three great-grandchildren. Two brothers: Francisco Morales New Braunfels, Tx. and Merced Morales of Seguin, Tx. Visitation will be 2 to 9 p.m. December 7, 2017 with a prayer service at 7 p.m. at Dobie Funeral Home Chapel. Funeral services will be held 11 a.m. December 8, 2017 at Primera Iglesia Bautista in Mathis. Interment will follow in Cenizo Hill Cemetery.
