Tomasa Bermudez

Tomasa Bermudez, age 86, died June 8, 2017. She was born Dec. 21, 1930 in Poteet, Texas to Luis and Virginia Bermudez. She was preceded in death by her parents, son Arturo B. Rios, daughter Leonora Bermudez, sisters Lydia B. Salazar and Petra B. Navarro, brother Edwardo Bermudez and granddaughter Loraine B. DelBosque. She is survived by daughters, Amelia B. DelBosque and Christina B. Garcia, sisters, Maria B. Hernandez and Genoveva B. Davila, brother, Julian Bermudez, 6 grandchidren and 26 great grandchildren. Rosary will be recited at 7 p.m. June 11 at Dobie Funeral Home Chapel. Mass will be celebrated at 2 p.m. June 12 at Sacred Heart Catholic Church. Burial will follow in Descanso Eterno # 2 Cemetery. Pallbearers will be Hilbert Trevino, Pablo Calderon, Juan Navarro, Javier Mendza, Albert Alvarez and Jesse Lopez.
