Ilene was a very devoted mother and wife. She wore a lot of "Hats" in her life time. She was a member of the Lutheran Church and church council. She worked for the Eggert Law office during tax season, was a teacher aide working with special ed. children, owned the Evergreen nursery and was the vice president of "Save The Lake" in 2000. She and her husband opened a youth center in Tynan, for the teenagers to have dances with DJ's and live music. Her best job was taking care of her husband and children. She had a heart of gold and would help anyone. Ilene touched so many lives and will be dearly missed.
