Scott Craig Rushton

Scott C. Rushton passed away April 14, 2017. He was born June 24, 1936 in Idaho Falls, Idaho to DeForest M. and Wilma Rushton. He served in the Navy and worked for Berry Construction for over 54 years. Mr. Rushton was preceded in death by his wife, Carolyn Rushton; 2 brothers, DeForest Marco Rushton and Harrison Rushton and a granddaughter, Amanda Kay Brown. He is survived by 2 daughters: Pamela Stites and Kimberly Ann Rushton; 1 son, Scott Craig Rushton Jr.. A twin sister; Sandy Morrison; 4 grandchildren and 10 great grandchildren. Memorial services will be 11 a.m. April 29, 2017 at Dobie Funeral Home Chapel. In lieu of flowers, honorariums may be made to the Gulf Coast Humane Society and the American Cancer Society.
