Doris McDonald

Doris McDonald passed away May 14, 2016 at her home. She was born May 22, 1927 in Seguin, Texas to Otto and Selma Winsauer. Mrs. McDonald was an active member of the First United Methodist Church. Also a member of the Literary Club and owner of McDonald's Gifts and Boutique for 69 years. She also assisted her husband, W.E. 'Mac' McDonald in his business, as well as farming and ranching. He preceded in her in death. Survivors are: Daughter; Mary Kay (David) Foster of Seven Sisters; Two sons: James W. (Mary) McDonald and Kenneth (Debbie) McDonald, both of Mathis. Six grandchildren and 15 Great grandchildren. Funeral services will be held 10 a.m. May 17, 2016 at Dobie Funeral Home Chapel with Reverend Beth Tatum officiating. Burial will follow in Cenizo Hill Cemetery. Grandson's will be pallbearers.
