Jovita Juarez

Jovita passed away November 7, 2015 in Mathis, Texas. She was born October 1, 1934 in Houston, Texas to Cipriano and Nicolasa Castaneda Sr. She was preceded in death by her husband, Juan P. Juarez; a brother, Daniel Castaneda and 2 sisters, Sara Ramos and Esther Perez. Mrs. Juarez is survived by 3 daughters; Norma Monsibaiz of Mathis, Martha Liserio of Ft. Worth and Yolanda Lobdell of Mathis. Two sons; Benjamin Juarez of Mathis and Estevan Juarez of Luling. Four sisters; Lous Rivas of Houston, Anita Salinas of Pasadena, Enriquieta Contreras of Pharr and Noemi Lopez of Pharr. Two brothers; Cipriano Castaneda Jr. of Pharr and Samuel Castaneda of Matamoros. Thirteen grandchildren and 13 Great Grandchildren. A prayer service was held 7 p.m. November 9, 2015 at Dobie Funeral Home Chapel. Funeral services were held 10 a.m. November 10, 2015 at Templo Gethsemani with interment following in Cenizo Hill Cemetery.
