Cecile J. Howe

Cecile J. Howe, age 79, died Apr. 28, 2015. She was born Feb. 4, 1936 in Kingsville, Texas to Elton C. and Ruby Lee Thormaehlen. She was survived by two sisters, Jo Ann Taylor of Mathis and Dorothy Thormaehlen of of Westminister, Maryland and two nieces and one nephew. A memorial service will be Thursday May 7, 2015 at 11:00 a.m. at Dobie Funeral Home Chapel. Dobie Funeral Home Mathis, Texas
